At Uplift Transport, we provide comprehensive long-distance medical transportation services, meticulously managing every aspect to ease the burden for both you and your loved one during challenging times. All of our medical staff members were chosen for their ability to provide non-ambulatory patients with maximum comfort.
- Full bedside-to-bedside transport to and from hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, hospice care, or home, ensuring the patient is in the care of family.
- Continuous monitoring by onboard medical staff, overseeing vitals, blood sugar levels, oxygen saturation, and patient comfort. (Additional services provided by a certified nurse or caregiver if necessary)
- Administration of medications and oxygen as prescribed. (Additional services provided by a certified nurse or caregiver if necessary)
- Strict adherence to dietary restrictions and allergens.
- Provision of meals for both patient and accompanying passenger
- Regular updates to family members on the patient’s condition and estimated time of arrival.
- Enhanced comfort with a memory foam mattress.
- Regular monitoring and changing of bedclothes and bedding as required. (Additional services provided by a certified nurse or caregiver if necessary)
- Onboard entertainment options such as TV and Wi-Fi.
- Family members and pets are welcome to accompany the patient during the journey.
